J&B Importers is a family-owned and operated wholesale distributor of bicycles, parts, and accessories, serving independent bike shops since 1971. Our company includes 11 warehouses, products from 230+ brands, with more than 10 exclusive to JBI.BIKE, an in-house wheel-building department, and 400+ employees who share the same passion for the bicycle industry as you.

What we do
Supplying products to local bike shops is only a small part of what we do. We strive to partner with and help independent bicycle dealers succeed in their day-to-day operations. We do this by managing and providing product support for all the brands we carry, designing and manufacturing exclusive products at competitive prices, assembling wheels at our USA headquarters, and delivering product orders within one to two business days.
- Distribution
- Eleven distribution centers strategically placed across the country, coast to coast. We fulfill most shops' orders within one business day when they are placed through their local warehouse.
- Brand management
- Our brand managers work directly with the companies behind the products we carry, curating catalog offerings that reflect current trends and the needs of the industry.
- Product design
- All our exclusive brands offer product lines that have been carefully designed in-house. These products are available exclusively through the independent bicycle dealer network, distributed by JBI.BIKE, so nothing undercuts the IBD and dealer margins are kept high.
- Wheel building
- The Miami headquarters houses one of the largest bicycle wheel assembly operations in the country. We offer pre-built wheels as well as a custom build program for customers looking for something specific.
- Road reps
- Our 40+ road reps travel to your shop, providing product support and new product briefings, settling warranty claims, and helping write orders right from your counter.
Sustainability
We are committed to sustainability by implementing and encouraging green practices throughout our offices and warehouse locations.
- Energy
- As a member of the EPA Green Power Partnership Program, we offset 100% of our electricity and natural gas use with renewable energy across all 11 distribution centers. Renewable energy is an important part of our ongoing commitment to reducing our environmental impact.
- Commuting
- To encourage our staff to choose more environmentally friendly ways to commute, we offer a paid incentive to employees who ride, walk, or carpool to work.
